Lomography: La Sardina Moonassi

In my heart there’s a special place for cameras. I have gone through a polaroid phase, digital and film phase, and finally it was time to get my first own lomography camera. I planned to buy a Diana- camera four years ago, but it was always postponed due to the number of all the cameras at our home. Yes, my dad has also photographed since young age.

A while ago I finally registered at Lomography.com and spotted this little one. I have been working some extra hours lately and thought, if I’ve dreamt of a lomo camera for years, now would be the time to buy one! It wasn’t a big investment after all and I’d give big thumbs up for LomographyΒ for a great deal and service! As a gift I received one free film roll, keychain and some stationery. Cute! When I received the box this friday, I was surprised of all the additional content that came with the camera, manual books, flash filters etc… Now I’m good to go and ready to shoot πŸ™‚ I sure am excited to show you the results after getting the first film developed!

Also another happy news is that I finally found my first own apartment! I get the keys on Monday and I’ll move in next weekend (hopefully). We’ll see. Right now I’m so excited that for the first time in my life I’ll have my very own kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony on the 7th floor of an apartment building πŸ™‚ Happy!Β β™₯

  1. I notice that you’re keeping things classy with regards to photography. Your investments are worth it, and your creativity will continue taking you far. Glad to see that you’re satisfied with your gifts. πŸ™‚

Congrats on finding your own apartment! I know that feeling of thrill and excitement when I successfully found mine where I get my own kitchen, living room, etc. Once you move in, can you share with us what it looks like? I’m always interested in seeing how people design their space, for I see that as works of art.
